03 How long we keep it

Enquiries older than three years are removed automatically as part of routine clean-up. IP addresses handled temporarily to prevent abuse are converted into a form that cannot be reversed and removed within 24 hours.

04 Sharing with third parties

We do not pass your information to third parties except with your consent or where required by law. We do rely on the following services to run the site, and information is entrusted to them to that extent.

• Cloudflare (site delivery, storing enquiries, abuse prevention)
• Resend (sending confirmation emails)
• Google Analytics (understanding site usage)

We use Google Analytics to improve the site. It uses cookies to record which pages are viewed and for how long. It does not include anything that identifies you directly, such as your name. You can refuse this by disabling cookies in your browser.
