Handling of Personal Information

01 Information we collect

We receive the following information in the following situations.

• Contact form: your name, email address, inquiry category, message, language and time of submission
• Business communication: the name, company and contact details of the person in charge, as needed for meetings and contracts
• Job applications: the name, contact details, career history and portfolio you send us by email

02 How we use it

We use the information only for the purposes below. We never use it for bulk sales emails or any other purpose without your consent.

• Replying to your inquiry and keeping a record of it
• Communication about meetings, contracts and invoices for work you request
• Contacting and selecting job applicants

03 Retention period

Inquiries are deleted automatically once three years have passed since we received them. IP addresses, which we handle temporarily to block spam, are converted into an irreversible form and deleted within 24 hours. Application documents are deleted promptly once they are no longer needed after the selection process.

04 Sharing with third parties

We do not give your information to third parties except with your consent or in the following cases.

• When required by law
• When necessary to protect a person’s life, body or property and it is difficult to obtain your consent
• When especially necessary for public health or the healthy development of children and it is difficult to obtain your consent
• When we need to cooperate with a government body carrying out duties set by law, and asking for your consent could interfere with those duties

05 Outsourcing

To run this site, we entrust the storage and sending of information to the external services below. We choose providers that can manage information securely and share only what is necessary.

• Cloudflare (site delivery, storing inquiries, spam prevention)
• Resend (sending inquiry confirmation emails)
• Google Analytics (understanding site traffic)
• Microsoft Clarity (understanding how pages are used)

06 How we keep it secure

To prevent information from being leaked, lost or altered, we do the following.

• Only the people who need the information can handle it, and a person responsible is assigned
• Everyone who handles the information is bound to keep it confidential
• Computers and other devices that hold the information are managed against loss and theft
• We use encrypted connections (SSL/TLS), access restrictions and password management
• Some of the providers above are based in the United States. We take these measures with an understanding of the US personal information protection system

07 Providing information is optional

Providing personal information is optional. However, without the necessary information we may not be able to reply to your inquiry or consider your application.

08 Analytics and cookies

All pages, including the contact form, are sent over encrypted connections (SSL/TLS). We use Google Analytics to improve this site. It uses cookies to count pages viewed and time spent, but does not include information that directly identifies you, such as your name. You can opt out by disabling cookies in your browser. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which uses cookies to record interactions such as where you click and how far you scroll, to improve usability. It does not record what you type into input fields or the contact form. You can also opt out of Clarity with your browser's Global Privacy Control (GPC) setting.

09 Requests about your information

If you would like us to notify you of the purpose of use, or to disclose, correct, add to, delete, stop using, or stop sharing your information, or to disclose records of sharing with third parties, please contact us below. We will respond promptly after confirming your identity.

10 Changes to this page

We may revise this page when laws or our services change. Important changes will be announced on this page.
