Fukushi Oendan

The corporate site of a company based in Saitama Prefecture that runs home-visit nursing, group homes and a children’s cafeteria. It is structured so that people considering the services, their families and prospective staff can each find the information they need. Following the earlier version of the site, we also rebuilt it to match the change in the company’s business.

Purpose of the site

One company runs three very different services: home-visit nursing, group homes and a children’s cafeteria. Because people considering the services and their families, local residents, and people who want to work there all look for different things, the goal was for each of them to reach what they need without getting lost.

Design approach

The top page briefly introduces the company’s values and its three services, leading on to a detailed page for each service. The services are introduced in gentle language that conveys how the team thinks about its work. The site is easy to read on a phone and built so that search engines and screen readers understand its content correctly.

Main features

The site has a page for each service (home-visit nursing, group homes, children’s cafeteria), a company profile and a recruitment page. The recruitment page brings together openings for six roles, job requirements and a description of the working environment, so applicants can get a feel for the workplace before applying. The contact form uses a tool that reduces automated spam, and there is a page for downloading materials. Every page has a chat window powered by HubSpot (a customer management tool). It also tells search engines where each page sits in the site (for example, Top › Services). Content is updated with WordPress.
